FAQ

From what time can we check in?

  • We try to ensure that the rooms are ready from 2.00 pm. However, if you arrive here earlier, the suitcases can already be dropped off with us.

Until what time can we check in?

  • Our reception is open from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm. If you can’t arrive before 20:00 pm, please contact us in advance so that we can find a solution for you.

What time should we check out at the latest?

  • We kindly ask guests to vacate their room by 10:30 am. The suitcases can stay with us if desired.

Between what hours can we have breakfast?

  • Breakfast is served every day from 8:00 am till 10:00 am.

How late is the half board diner in the evening?

  • This depends upon the occupancy. When it is busy we have a shift at 6:00 pm and a shift at 7:00 pm. When it’s calm we have one shift at 6.30 pm. So it is best to check this upon arrival.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

  • There is no in the room itself, but you can always borrow one at the reception.

Are the rooms with double bed or single bed?

  • Both are possible in every room since we work with box-spring beds. If you require single beds, please state this when booking.

Are pets allowed?

  • Small pets are allowed with a supplement of € 12.00 per night. However, the animals may not cause a nuisance to the other guests and we ask that dogs are not left alone in the room.

Where is the best place to park?

  • We have parking (€ 15.00 per night) and garage boxes (€ 18.00 per night) of the hotel. However, these are quickly fully booked, so it is best to book in advance!
  • Outside the hotel we recommend the orange zone (€ 8.50 per 24 hours) and Bistro de Perse (€ 10.00 per calendar day). There is also a bit parking across the street with a variable (more expensive)

Can we come to the hotel by public transport?

  • Our hotel is located just 150 meters from Blankenberge train station and is therefore very easily accessible. Normally a train arrives in Blankenberge every hour, in the summer there are often extra trains. You can consult the timetable on this website: https://www.belgiantrain.be/en
  • By the way, with Happy trip you can buy train tickets for only €14.00 per person (round trip!). Once booked, you can always ask us to send you codes for this.
  • The bus stop and tram stop are also just 150 meters from the hotel.
